Pricing v3: per-workspace, not per-seat.

Per-seat pricing was punishing exactly the behavior I want — teams adding their whole channel. Moved to flat workspace tiers ($29 / $79 / $199). Two churned customers came back within 48 hours of the email announcing it.

The week nothing shipped.

Spent the whole week on a WebSocket reconnection bug that turned out to be a proxy timeout. Three lines of config. I'm logging it anyway because that's the deal — the log gets the real week, not the highlight reel.
