Killed the mobile app. Doubled down on Slack.
Hard call, but the data was unambiguous — 84% of reviews happen inside Slack, and the React Native build was costing me a full day a week in upkeep. Archived the repo, refunded the two annual mobile-only customers personally.
The time went straight into the digest scheduler rewrite: reviews now batch into one message per channel per day, which was the #1 complaint from the pilot workspaces. Migrated the last 40 workspaces off the legacy queue with zero dropped jobs.

This week's askAnyone run a Slack app through a security review at a 500+ seat company? I'd love 20 minutes on what Enterprise Grid actually requires.
